Born in the heart of the COVID-19 pandemic, Junkies started as a wild idea among three friends who believed comfort food could bring joy even in the toughest times. Stuck at home but fueled by passion (and maybe one too many midnight snack cravings), we set out to create the juiciest, messiest, most addictive burgers in Accra.
What began as a small homemade operation quickly turned into an obsession. Word spread, lines formed and soon, Junkies became the go-to spot for burger lovers who weren’t afraid to indulge. Our mission? Simple: craft insane burgers with premium ingredients, zero pretension, and a whole lot of flavor.
Every bite is a tribute to late-night food runs, cheat days done right, and the rebellious spirit that got us through lockdown. We’re not just a burger joint—we’re a movement for those unapologetically hooked on great food.
